Ruby (Sophie) and Ziggy (Lucy) Lucy - 'having been in our lives for a year she is more a part of our family then i could ever have imagined. We all adore her... even my husband who was... reticent to begin with.'

A place where a lot of inspiration comes from. From Portobello to Borough, Alfies, the Monday morning Brocante in Nice to an old car boot there is nothing as engrossing or enjoyable as rifling through stacks of second hand goods whether it be fabulous vintage or a bunch or weird old tat.

Lucy - 'I just love that country and always have done. After years in my 20's living there it is such a treat to be working within it now and giving something back to the country that got into my soul.' Sophie - 'Sourcing fabrics and trims and working on the new collection with the factory, getting excited by a new fabric or style... oh and risking life and limb in a tuk tuk driven by a crazed maniac still gives me a little thrill.'

Sophie - 'We have quite a few around the house tucked away in unexpected places. A little flash of light in a dim corner. They can even be installed out of doors.'
