Delivery & Returns

We aim for our delivery and returns service to be as easy for all our customers as possible. All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday are despatched the same day via Fedex. We are happy for any item to be returned within 28 days provided it is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. No delivery charge will be made for UK orders over £150.

Delivery

UK   

Standard - £4.50 per order. Allow 4 days.   

Express - £6.95 guaranteed next working day. Orders must be placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Same Day - £15 available in central London (for addresses within the M25). Please call our shop by 4pm to place your order and arrange delivery 0207 229 5855.   

Europe

Delivery to Europe is charged at £12 per order. Allow up 5-7 days. All European orders are sent by Royal Mail international signed for.

Worldwide

Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £19 per order. It will be sent international signed for, please allow 9-14 days.                

RETURNS

We are delighted to provide full refunds for all purchases returned within 14 days in perfect condition*.
