DELIVERY
UK Mainland
Delivery to UK Mainland is via Fedex and is charged at £4.95 per order, Your order will usually reach you within 48 hours. Please contact us if you had not received your parcel within 3 days.
We endeavour to send out your order the day we receive it however if it is a busy time it make take a day to process.
If your order is urgent please advise us and we will ensure it goes out same day. Orders placed after 12pm in most cases will not be sent out until the following day.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and UK Islands
Delivery to the above areas is by Royal Mail 1st Class sign-for and is charged at £4.95. This service usually takes around 2-3days to arrive. If you require your parcel next day please contact us before 3pm and we will arrange that, this may incurr a small charge.
EUROPE
Delivery to Europe is charged at £10 per order. It will be sent Royal Mail international signed for. This services takes around 5-7days, however it can sometimes take a little longer, if you have not received your order after 14days, please contact us. This is not a trackable service and will require a signature. If you would like your order to be sent by a more secure and quicker method please contact Kate on 01748 822055 to arrange this. There will be an extra charge for this, which will depend on the weight/size of parcel and destination.
WORLDWIDE
Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £16 per order. It will be sent international signed for. This usually takes around 7-14days, it can take longer, if you have not received your order after 21days please contact us. This is not a trackable service. If you would like your order to be sent via a more secure/quicker method please contact Kate on 01748 822055 to arrange this. There will be an extra charge for this, which will depend on size/weight of parcel and destination.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel any orders that have been despatched, if you change your mind, please return the item as soon as possible, we cannot refund postage on orders that have been despatched. Cancellation of all orders must be made in writing to kate@ilovegorgeous.co.uk by 3.30pm on the day the order was placed, or if the order was placed after 2pm the previous day, by 3.30pm the following day.
RETURNS
All refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card or bank account of the original transaction. We are happy to refund the full value of unwanted goods that are returned to ilovegorgeous in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Items returned after 7 days may, at our discretion be issued with a credit voucher to be used on our website. Goods returned after 28 days cannot be accepted. ilovegorgeous reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please remember to enclose the original receipt with the package. We cannot issue a refund without a valid receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition. This means unworn and with labels attached along with the original packaging.We cannot refund items that have been washed or worn.
Please ensure that you apply the correct postage. We recommend that you send recorded delivery to ensure the safe return of your package. Ilovegorgeous cannot take any responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid or where the item has become damaged in transit. Please send you returned items to

If you would like to exchange the item please enclose a clear note of the item - style, size and colour - you would like to have in exchange. Please also enclose full contact details including address and a contact telephone number.
Unfortunately ilovegorgeous cannot refund postage charges for unwanted items nor can we reimburse postage and shipping costs incurred by returning an unwanted item.
